Firestone Complete Auto Care

Excellent service, got me out in one day. Worked with me on a discount. Very competent and professional staff. Listened to me when I told them I needed a new clutch instead of trying to convince me that I would need a new transmission. They replaced the clutch. The diagnostic was reasonably priced for what I needed to have done. I would definitely recommend them. It's hard to find an auto service group where the staff has the expertise to work with standard transmission vehicles. In some places, the techs don't even know how to drive one. Outstanding job. Thank you to Damon, Josh, and Nikko.

Damon is always friendly and explains things in a thorough yet easy to understand way. He always lets us know the things that are critical to have done, and the things that would be okay to wait on. Alex, mechanic, always does excellent work on our vehicles and we trust his inspections and recommendations.

I am impressed with Firestone tires , Damian helped us understand the tire specs and warranty, I was given the opportunity to visually see the brake rotors , wheel alignment was very necessary. So the complete job including oil change synthetic was very professional from the telephone call to the job being very well done . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys . They also offer a tire price match . Thank you Firestone tires 71st Tulsa .

I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into additional services. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and the attention to detail. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

Firestone is amazing! They are super nice and happy to kindly and politely answer any questions you have and explain what your car needs and how things work. I don’t know anything about cars and they made the experience wonderful and easy! Very fast, attentive service.
